How Awesome is Jon Gruden?

I just feel compelled to write this: I have a man crush on Jon Gruden. I am blown away that he is still out of the NFL. Granted he is the best thing to happen to Monday Night Football in the past 10 years, but come on..this JON GRUDEN!!! If anyone watched his ESPN series GRUDEN"S QB CAMP you cant help but love this guy. Not to mention he is a Dayton Alumni (ghetto!...only Dayton people get this) and I had many a fun time visiting Dayton! His blunt, in your face attitude is just awesome and the NFL needs him back in the league. He is a pure genius when it comes to offensive strategy and his West Coast Offense scheme is as good as it comes. He recently started the FFCA (the Fired Football Coaches Association) and is passing his knowledge on to young players and coaches. He is a hell of a coach, a funny SOB and best of of, he is completely genuine. What you see is what you get and I respect the hell out of that. Here is to hoping we see Jon back in the NFL sooner rather than later.
